Sunmy manufactures custom precision mechanical components and coordinated assemblies for hollow-shaft cycloidal reduction drives used in robotics, indexing equipment and industrial automation. The illustrated assembly combines a circular housing, geared input stage, flanged output elements and a central opening. Gearbox performance depends on the complete transmission design, not the appearance of individual machined parts.
Working from customer 2D/3D drawings or physical samples, we can develop manufacturing routes for housings, gear components, hollow shafts, bearing seats and mounting flanges. When required, we also coordinate sourced bearings, seals, fasteners and mechanical assembly. Bore size, connection geometry, materials, tolerances and acceptance tests are defined in the approved project scope and verified by agreed methods.
