Sunmy produces custom CNC-turned metal sleeves and threaded retaining plugs for industrial tooling, dies, fixtures and mechanical equipment. The examples shown feature stepped bores, machined reliefs, cross-drilled holes, local flats and a separate flanged threaded component. Final geometry, mating threads and functional requirements are defined by your drawings or approved samples.

We review manufacturing access, material choice, critical dimensions and inspection requirements early, and can coordinate related parts and mechanical sub-assembly where the project calls for it.
