Sunmy Hardware manufactures custom CNC-machined knurled feed rollers and drive wheels for packaging, web-handling, bag-making, pouching, labeling, and related automation equipment. The reference part shown features a knurled traction rim, stepped hub, through bore, and radial set-screw interface. Final geometry is manufactured to the customer's drawing, machine interface, or approved sample.
Instead of forcing a catalog size, Sunmy can customize outside diameter, face width, knurl pitch and profile, bore size, hub length, set-screw position, keyway or clamp interface, material, and surface finish. Traction performance is reviewed against the actual film or web material, nip/contact condition, line speed, and machine layout so the part is engineered around the application rather than a generic roller specification.
The bore, hub, faces, and traction diameter are machined using a process route selected for the drawing. CNC turning is combined with milling, knurling/serration, broaching, grinding, or wire EDM where the geometry requires it. Critical datums are identified before production so bore-to-OD runout and shaft fit can be inspected consistently.
Straight knurling, axial serrations, fine or coarse pitch, diamond patterns, and customer-specific tooth forms can be evaluated. Crest shape, pitch, edge condition, and surface finish are selected to generate useful traction without unnecessarily marking or damaging the handled material.
Depending on wear, corrosion, cleanliness, weight, and marking requirements, projects can be reviewed in carbon/alloy steel, 304/316 stainless steel, aluminum, brass, or engineering polymers such as POM and UHMW-PE. Nickel plating, hard chrome, black oxide, passivation, anodizing, polishing, or other finishes are specified according to the selected base material and service environment.
Plain precision bores, H7 fits where required, keyed bores, D-bores, radial set screws, dual set screws, split-clamp hubs, and other machine-side interfaces can be manufactured to print. Thread size, locking method, and hub geometry are confirmed from the mating shaft rather than limited to one standard arrangement.

| Supply Scope | Loose rollers / feed wheels | Matching shafts, spacers, brackets, clamps, guards, and related custom hardware can be quoted as one project |
The contact pattern is selected around the actual film, paper, label stock, laminate, or web condition. This avoids treating one knurl pattern as universally suitable for every packaging material.
Bore, hub, traction diameter, and side faces can be referenced to agreed datums so the assembled roller tracks consistently. Where tighter runout or surface requirements are needed, the machining and inspection route is quoted accordingly.
OD, width, knurl pitch, hub profile, bore, keyway, set-screw location, clamping method, material, and coating can all be changed. Sunmy can also reverse-engineer an existing sample when the original drawing is unavailable, subject to confirmation of critical mating requirements.
Related shafts, spacers, brackets, guards, stamped parts, molded polymer components, and machined hardware can be reviewed within the same project, helping packaging-machine builders reduce supplier handoffs between prototype and repeat production.
